On Saturday and Sunday, festival participants and guests from Bangladesh, Mexico, Greece, Palestine and Ukraine visited the newly opened urban attraction – the Orientarium at the Lodz Zoo.
There were many questions concerning the place. Playing elephants, binturongs and an underwater tunnel turned out to be a surprise. A group from Ukraine had the chance to go on a vintage tourist bus.
On Sunday, as it was zoo’s 84th birthday, festival participants from Ukraine and Palestine were able to admire the elephants and beautiful, colourful fish, as well as more than 5-meter-long gavial crocodile.
